Beyoncé's style choices always are in the spotlight, and what she wears from head to toe often is subject to scrutiny. So what's a star to do when it comes to a new tour and footwear? Get some designer pumped-up kicks, of course. Stuart Weitzman and Beyoncé's creative team, stylists Ty Hunter and Raquel Smith and her fashion designer mom Tina Knowles, have collaborated on the singer's shoes for The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour, which kicks off Monday in Belgrade. This continues the partnership established after Weitzman created her footwear for previous tours and special appearances. Among the highlights of the custom collection: stiletto pumps with Swarovski crystal details, and military-influenced lace-up boots, both short and thigh-high, according to a statement from Weitzman. The designer also created styles to be worn by her dancers and band members. "Creating footwear for Beyoncé's shows has been one of my most inspiring projects. She and her entire team know exactly what they need, always focusing on the fashion and the function of the styles that will be worn," said Weitzman.
